L&rsquo;impression de ne plus savoir comment  faire pour se sortir d&rsquo;un \u00e9tat qui provoque inconfort, ruminations ou angoisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-medium-font-size has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"min-height:100%\">\n<p>Il peut y avoir l&rsquo;envie de mieux se conna\u00eetre, de ne plus retomber dans les m\u00eames pi\u00e8ges, de sortir de m\u00e9canismes r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs qui entravent et emp\u00eachent d&rsquo;avancer. Un \u00e9v\u00e8nement peut faire effraction dans nos vies, une situation advenir, ressurgir, faire souffrance. On ne sait pas ou plus comment faire face. Elle se nourrit des apports d&rsquo;une vaste communaut\u00e9 internationale de practicien.nes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-container-content-9cfa9a5a\">Affranchie des th\u00e9ories freudiennes, La Gestalt-th\u00e9rapie postule que <strong>le contact, dans toutes ses formes, est premier<\/strong>. la th\u00e9rapeute<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est apr\u00e8s une quizaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9e dans le secteur priv\u00e9, o\u00f9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 j&rsquo;accompagnais des \u00e9quipes \u00e0 grandir, que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ce d\u00e9sir puissant de me former \u00e0 la relation d&rsquo;aide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les nombreux courants, ob\u00e9diences et pratiques th\u00e9rapeutiques, la Gestalt-th\u00e9rapie est apparue comme une \u00e9vidence, que la pratique et l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience n&rsquo;ont pas d\u00e9mentie jusqu&rsquo;alors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me suis form\u00e9e \u00e0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gestalt.be\/\"> l&rsquo;Institut Belge de Gestalt-th\u00e9rapie<\/a><\/strong>, o\u00f9 4 ann\u00e9es m&rsquo;ont permis d&rsquo;acqu\u00e9rir de solides appuis et une posture cousue main.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis membre du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cegt.org\/\"><strong>Coll\u00e8ge Europ\u00e9en de Gestalt-th\u00e9rapie de langue fran\u00e7aise<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>CEG-t<\/strong><\/a> et souscris \u00e0 son code de d\u00e9ontologie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon travail se nourrit des rencontres et remises en question apport\u00e9es par ma patient\u00e8le, mes pair.e.s, mes interactions avec et dans le monde. <strong>La supervision, le travail th\u00e9rapeutique personnel ainsi que la formation continue<\/strong> sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments essentiels pour actualiser ma pratique et accompagner au mieux mes patient.e.s dans leurs cheminements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je puise dans d&rsquo;autres approches &lsquo;psy&rsquo;
